Worship at St Paul Lutheran during the time of COVID-19
St Paul currently offers two worship services each Sunday.
Indoor worship is at 9 and 11 am each Sunday. There is a limit of 75 worshipers per service. All worshipers must wear face coverings and will be assigned seats to maintain physical distance. Preregistration is encouraged but not required; worshipers may preregister by calling the church office by the Friday morning preceding. Worshipers who arrive without preregistering will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis until the total of 75 is reached. Holy Communion will be offered at the end of each worship service.
You may download a bulletin and print or view from the front page of this web site. Print copies will also be available.
The 9 am worship service is video recorded each week and appears on the church YouTube page (a link is available on our web home page) by about 2 pm each Sunday.
SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT CHRISTMAS WORSHIP AT ST PAUL'S:
St Paul Lutheran will offer four identical Christmas services this year, to accommodate all who wish to worship in person: Sunday, December 20 at 9 and 11 am, and Thursday, December 24 at 5:30 pm and 10 pm. There will be no musical prelude before the late evening worship service on the 24th this year.
All worship services will feature carols and hymns, Scripture and Word, and Holy Communion. Unfortunately this year we will not be able to light individual candles, but we will have festive decorations and lights in the Sanctuary for all to enjoy.
The two Christmas worship services on Christmas Eve (5:30 pm and 10 pm) will be by reservation only. You may call or email the church office beginning today to make reservations. As at all St Paul worship services, attendance will be capped at 75 worshipers per each service. You must have reserved a space for worship to be able to attend Christmas worship.
However, please note that the two Sunday morning December 20 services will be identical to the December 24 services in every way. By offering four identical services we will be able to accommodate our usual number of Christmas worshipers, spreading them out across four time periods in a responsible manner.
St Paul will also offer Christmas Morning worship with carols, song, Scripture and Holy Communion, at 10 am.
Remember, you must have a reservation to attend worship on the evening of December 24. Please contact the church office now to make your reservation. Thank you.
